Minimal
Minimal overos may have very little white such as stars and snips to stockings, blazes, belly splashes etc - they can often be mistaken for sabinos or splash whites and this is why it is important to have all overo bred horses tested as the pattern or lack of pattern is not an accurate indicator to the presence of the lethal white gene.
